Mainwin Basics
The mainwin is a text window, with no graphics, or other distractions.
You can use it to do some serious computer work.
Variables
You can exchange information with the users of your programs with the help of variables.
Use the
input
command to get information from the user and place it into a variable.
Print variables the same way you print text.
Variables don't need to be defined before you can use them.
Use the
+
symbol or the
;
symbol to add text and variables together.
Comments
Add comments with REM at the start of a line.
Use an apostrophe to add comments at the start of a line, or at the end of a line.
